Reeve Agent does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, and no server of ours between your phone and your n8n instance. Everything below is the longer explanation of that.
Reeve Agent is published by Inter-Concept UK, a company registered in England. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@reeveagent.io.
Reeve Agent is a client. It connects to an n8n instance that you run and control. We do not host n8n, we do not provide an AI model, and we do not operate any service that your messages pass through.
None. We do not operate a backend that receives your data, so there is nothing for us to collect, store, sell or hand over. Specifically:
All of this stays on your iPhone or iPad and is removed when you delete the app:
When you send a message, the app makes a direct HTTPS request from your device to the webhook URL you configured. That request goes to your server and nowhere else.
What happens next is determined entirely by the workflow you built. If your workflow sends the text to OpenAI, Anthropic or another model provider, then that provider receives it under their terms, not ours. If your workflow writes to a database, it writes to your database. We have no visibility into any of it and no ability to intervene.
This is the trade-off of a client-only app: total privacy from us, and total responsibility on you for what your own workflow does.
Speech-to-text uses the transcription route you configure. If you use the iOS built-in dictation, Apple's own speech recognition terms apply. If your workflow posts audio to a transcription API, that provider's terms apply. Spoken replies use the voice synthesis available on your device unless you have configured otherwise.
The one-off unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app whether a purchase exists. We never see your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
Reeve Agent is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, correction, erasure and portability over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return or delete. To erase everything the app has stored, delete the app from your device.
If you email us for help, we will have your email address and whatever you tell us, for as long as it takes to resolve the issue and a reasonable period afterwards. That is the only circumstance in which we hold anything about you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant — for example, if a future version introduces an optional service that does process data — we will say so plainly in the app before you use that feature.
